Patty DeDominic

Patty DeDominic founded the International Women’s Festivals, now celebrated around the world, in 2007.

Patty is a Business Coach for high achieving professionals and was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from President Obama in October 2015. That same month, Patty was honored by the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO.org) with the Susan Hager Legacy Award for her work on behalf of economic development and leadership.

Named the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2006 CEO of the Year award, USC and AT&T National Supplier of the Year, DeDominic cut her business teeth the family business of food distributions and consumer goods as a sales manager and trainer. She built several companies in the human resources and outsourcing business and is an active alum and leader of Harvard Universities Women & Power group and past supporter of the Council of Women World Leaders. She holds a certificate in corporate governance (ISS Certification) from University of California at Berkeley.

She is the founder and former owner of PDQCAREERS & CT Engineering which she sold in 2006. She served as Chair of the SCORE Foundation, the L.A. Chamber of Commerce as well as on the board of directors of the $7 Billion Insurance Fund. She is the former Commissioner of the Americas for the Women Chief Association (FCEM.org) and President Emeritus of the National Association of Women Business Owners (Los Angeles).
